This beautiful cookware is made from lightweight forged aluminum which provides fast and even heating. A stainless-steel plate is applied to the base for additional strength and to make it compatible with all cooktops*. The bodies are hard anodized giving a beautiful appearance and making the exterior even stronger than stainless steel. Lastly our Dura-Pan™ non-stick technology is applied to the interior. Nothing sticks to this. It will make your cooking so much healthier and of course the cleanup so easy!
